ARKUS Ltd. Sarajevo, a company specializing in designing tunnels, geotechnical structures, steel structures, and architectural services, with extensive experience in international projects, is seeking an ambitious and proactive individual to join our team as a sales specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identifying and engaging potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Presenting the company's services professionally and effectively to domestic and international clients.
  • Preparing, sending, and following up on offers and negotiating terms of cooperation.
  • Collaborating with our technical team to ensure clear, precise, and attractive proposals.
  • Regularly monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Managing a database of current and potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Regular reporting on sales results and new business opportunities.

  • Ability to independently create opportunities rather than waiting for them.
  • Clear, professional, and persuasive presentation of services.
  • Capable of following opportunities until closure.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the construction, engineering, or technology sectors).
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is highly desirable (not mandatory).
  • Experience with CRM systems and professional networks like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Valid driver's license.
