Established in 2017, Forster Rohner Ilidža d.o.o has experienced significant growth. As we embark on the next phase of our development, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and digitalization, we are seeking a hands-on, technologically proficient, and dynamic Head of Accounting, Finance and Administration.

About the Role

The Head of Accounting will be responsible for the following tasks:

Department Oversight and Coordination: Organize and coordinate finance, administration, HR and warehouse departments to ensure efficient task execution, legal compliance, and timely, quality completion of departmental activities.

Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets, prepare periodic financial reports, conduct financial analyses, manage financial transactions and bookkeeping, and ensure the credibility of financial reporting.

Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, prepare and manage legal documents and contracts, liaise with state institutions and external experts, and provide legal and tax consulting. Act as a sparring partner for the local management and the group CFO.

Administrative and Logistical Support: Manage import/export logistics, conduct inventory management, handle salary calculations and reimbursements, and maintain proper documentation and records.

Project Management: Push the implementation of a new ERP system and the continuous improvement of processes under your responsibility.

About the Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:

• Hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach to tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of getting things done
• Basic understanding of accounting, finance, legal, compliance and tax topics, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred
• Technical proficiency in ERP systems with strong Excel skills, and capable of data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to manage and motivate a team, and collaborate effectively under time pressure
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• English skills of B2 or higher
