The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing documents, organizing case files, and assisting with case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with relevant contacts to gather necessary information and documentation
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing documents and case files
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of all documentation
- Support attorneys with daily administrative tasks
- Deliver tasks in a timely, organized, and high-quality manner
- Perform data entry and update internal systems regularly
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Fluency in Bosnian and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Basic research and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Experience with data entry and maintaining records in databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree
