Architect (m/f)

• Technical Leadership: Lead and support the technical team in all aspects of design development from concept to completion.
• BIM Management: Produce and oversee comprehensive drawing packages using Revit and BIM 360, ensuring full coordination and technical excellence.
• Detailed Design: Develop complex architectural details and high-quality construction documentation.
• Project Coordination: Synchronize all project information across disciplines to ensure seamless integration and accuracy.
• Compliance & Codes: Ensure all project documentation is in full compliance with local authority regulations and international building codes.
• Quality Control: Review and modify drawings to resolve discrepancies through detailed analysis and expert problem-solving.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural documentation and design.
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Revit is a must. Experience with BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other production-based tools is highly valued.
• Team Dynamics: Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Mindset: Analytical, highly organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills, ensuring professional-grade spelling and grammar on all technical documentation.
