Brief Introduction:
As an Audit Senior at BDCS d.o.o. Sarajevo, you will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports
- Identify risks and areas for improvement in clients' financial processes
- Prepare audit findings and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Active audit or accounting certification in process
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in external audit
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
