For our Head Office in Sarajevo, we are seeking a full-time:

Experienced Auditor 
In our Internal Audit Department

Main duties/responsibilities:

• Conduct process and compliance audits
• Analyze processes and identify risks and controls
• Assess and provide recommendations on the design and level of implementation of internal
  controls
• Lead audit teams on assigned audit engagements
• Discuss audit results with representatives of audited units
• Present audit reports to management

If you share our values and possess the following:

• University degree
• Three years of work experience in internal and/or external audit required
• Good knowledge of bank processes, operations and risk profile (preferable)
• Ability to systematically and logically analyze information
• Understanding of internal/external audit techniques (required)
• Good command of English language B1 or above (spoken and written)
• Highly proficient in written and oral communication; Good presentation skills
• Proven ability to work in and lead a team
• Availability to periodically travel for business purposes
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
