Finance Manager (m/f)

CT-Technologies Group is a Danish Company specialized in design, supply and installation of
materials and equipment for Cold Stores and Food Processing Plants. Having more than 30 years of
experience and 500+ projects, we possess a unique knowledge to cater for our client’s specific
demands within e.g. Food Storage, Fish Processing, Meat Processing, Vegetable and Fruit Processing,
Dairy and Ice-Cream Industry, Ripening Rooms, Rooms etc. Currently we are execution c. 25 project
c. 10 countries, mainly throughout Southeast Asia and Africa.

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Manager to join our team on a one-year contract,
with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The Finance Manager
will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to
support company goals.

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risk.
• Oversee tax filings, audit, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Budget and controlling
• Support management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS 

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent English language knowledge, both verbal and written.  
• Excellent communication skills and able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as being a team player.
