CT-Technologies Group is a Danish Company specialized in design, supply and installation of insulated buildings and refrigeration systems for Cold Stores and Food Processing Plants. Having more than 30 years and +500 projects of experience we possess a unique knowledge to cater for our client’s specific demands within e.g. Cold Stores, Distribution Centres, Food Processing Plants, Clean Room and Data Centres. Currently we are executing c. 30 projects in 10 countries, mainly throughout Southeast Asia and Africa.

Our Project and Engineering office CT-TECH d.o.o. in Sarajevo is looking to employ a Junior Quotation Officer. Your role will be to prepare quotation proposals ensuring they are compliant, competitive, and meet the company growth and profitability targets. Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Architecture.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English language knowledge, both verbal and written.  
• Excellent cross-cultural communication (both oral and written).
• Team player but able to work independently as well.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining deadlines and has attention to details.
• Good planning and organizational skills. 
• Excellent problem-solving capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities include:

• Supports the sales team by preparing quotes in order to provide high quality proposals ensuring they are compliant, competitive and meet the company growth and profitability targets.
• Obtaining offers from suppliers, defining terms, conditions, and delivery time.
• Developing and maintaining supplier and price database to deliver consistent quotations in timely manner.
• Estimating shipping volume and shipping costs.
• Preparing multiple quotations simultaneously, accurately, and on time.
• Strive for continuous improvement to surpass the expectations of the customers and of the team.
