Role Overview: As a Lead Generation and Data Mining Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth targets. Your time will be split between data mining to identify potential clients and cold calling to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
Note: The position is remote, not limited to Sarajevo region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data mining to identify and qualify potential B2B clients in targeted sectors.
- Engage in cold calling to establish connections, present our services, and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Utilize your C1-level German and B2-level English proficiency to communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in data mining and analysis.
- Strong cold calling and communication skills.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in e-commerce, technical support, automations, energy, IT, or data.
- Data-savvy with the ability to interpret and leverage data for sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
