We’re looking for an experienced Business support manager to join our team and lead the strategic development of our business operations in finance, quality management, HR, legal support, and information systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide our finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Lead financial reporting and provide insights that help shape strategic business decisions.
• Support ISO quality standards and help streamline internal processes.
• Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Collaborate on the design and improvement of our internal business management software.
• Occasionally participate in consulting projects as a financial or project management expert.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in economics, business, management, finance, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of accounting, taxation, and business law is an advantage.
