Contact center specialist

One of the largest automobile brands in the world is looking for a Contact center specialist in our office in Sarajevo.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• responsibility for achieving quantitative and qualitative goals,
• prompt management of outbound and inbound calls in accordance with defined standards,
• serve as the main point of contact for customers,
• serve as the link of communication between sales/after-sales departments, or retailers,
• prepare regular reports for senior management.

MANDATORY SKILLS (ONE OF THE BELOW):

Slovenian language (NATIVE SPEAKER), or
Croatian language (NATIVE SPEAKER), or
Serbian language (NATIVE SPEAKER), or
Albanian language (NATIVE SPEAKER)
