We’re looking for a Customer Support Coach who’s fluent in Dutch and speaks English at a

About the Role:
As a Customer Support Coach, you’ll be responsible for guiding and supporting customer service
agents on both a professional and communicative level. You’ll conduct coaching sessions, monitor
performance, and help ensure high-quality standards across different projects.
Your role combines training, quality assurance, and hands-on support - including some customer
interaction and back-office work.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coach and train agents to improve communication and service skills
- Support new agents during onboarding and basic training
- Monitor and analyze calls, providing constructive feedback
- Track performance (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain coaching plans and training materials
- Help design and implement quality and training concepts
- Prepare presentations and communication guidelines for agents
- Handle customer calls and back-office tasks (up to 50%)
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to improve processes
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch and professional English (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support, quality assurance, or training
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and suggest improvements
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently and with teams
