Dispatch - Tracker / Night Shift (Brčko Office) (m/ž)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dispatch / Tracking Associate to join our growing logistics team in our Brčko office. This role involves tracking and dispatching a fleet of Sprinter vans and/or semi trucks operating throughout the United States market.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track active loads and shipments across the USA
• Communicate with drivers and customers regarding load updates and delivery status
• Dispatch Sprinter vans and semi trucks efficiently
• Manage and update transportation systems and load boards
• Solve problems quickly and professionally during live operations
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth freight movement

Requirements:

• Experience using Sylectus, DAT, and other common transportation/logistics platforms is required
• Strong spoken and written English skills are a must
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
• Outgoing personality with strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous dispatching or tracking experience preferred
