Dispatcher - Fleet manager (m/f)

Zeta Express d.o.o. is hiring dispatchers for our Sarajevo office and ever-growing truck fleets of our USA customers. Dispatcher / Fleet manager (m/f)                      

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Persuasive speaking and listening skills, excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in team of 10+ people, and ability to multitask.
• Strive for continuous improvement of dispatcher’s skills.
• Working knowledge on computer, including web browser, email clients and MS Office.
• High school diploma or above.
• Previous experience is not required
• Experience in US market dispatching will be considered as plus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring drivers are making pickups and deliveries as scheduled.
• Daily communication with assigned drivers, safety team, and direct managers.
• Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery, or pickup times.
• Planning predetermined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
• Preparing dispatch documents and making updates in dispatch software.
• Maintaining records of dispatched drivers, driver routes and route changes.
• Keeping track and enforcing company rules and policies.
