Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Goga Logistics d.o.o. located in Sarajevo. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of trucks and drivers. This includes assigning drivers to routes, tracking shipments and deliveries, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely and efficient operations. 

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and dispatching (U.S. territory)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a bonus

 Communication:

• Clarifying load requirements with carriers, and communicating with customers to provide live updates

Documentation:

• Maintaining accurate documentation for all loads, and performing data entry for order and load tracking
