We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Dispatcher for a U.S.-based transportation (trucking) company. This is an in-office position.

Job responsibilities

Your main focus will be day-to-day dispatch operations and communication with drivers.

• Communicate with truck drivers in English
• Plan and coordinate loads and routes
• Enter and manage data in dispatch software
• Monitor trips and resolve pick-up/delivery issues

Requirements

We are open to candidates with strong potential and willingness to learn.

• Some experience in dispatching is preferred, but not required
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Maps, email, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours (evening and after hours daily shift)
