We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Dispatcher for a U.S.-based transportation (trucking) company. This is an in-office position.

Job responsibilities
Your main focus will be day-to-day dispatch operations and communication with drivers.
- Communicate with truck drivers in English
- Plan and coordinate loads and routes
- Enter and manage data in dispatch software
- Monitor trips and resolve pick-up/delivery issues
Requirements
We are open to candidates with strong potential and willingness to learn.
- Some experience in dispatching is preferred, but not required
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Maps, email, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours (evening and night shifts)
