End User Computing Specialist

We are looking for a full-time employee in Sarajevo for the position of

End User Computing Specialist

Overview of tasks:

• First point of contact for technical support for employees on site,
• Checking and setting up computers and the associated peripherals,
• Installing and configuring the relevant software and functions,
• Installing, configuring and monitoring all relevant IT components in the data center,
• Identifying equipment bottlenecks and placing reorders,
• Creating and maintaining documentation for all relevant IT systems in the internal knowledge database,
• Maintaining system monitoring tools and backups.

We are looking for:

• Experience in operating heterogeneous system landscapes,
• Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/ Windows Server 2019),
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, WSUS, WDS, Group Policy Objects,
• Basic networking knowledge,
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies is an advantage,
• Analytical skills and problem-solving skills,
• Very good English at least at B2 level,
• Flexibility and reliability as well as a professional working style with high quality standards.
