DT Global, the implementer partner of the USAID Energy Policy Activity (EPA), under USAID Contract No. 72016819C00002, invites the submission of curricula vitae (CVs) and cover letters, for various skillsets under USAID EPA. USAID EPA is looking for multiple qualified individuals with a mix of skills to cover one or more of the following workstreams on a full-time or part-time basis. These skillsets and areas of expertise are outlined in detail under Annex 1 below.
USAID's Energy Policy Activity is helping Bosnia and Herzegovina coordinate, manage, and improve transparency in the BiH energy sector while providing targeted technical assistance. USAID EPA will assist BiH stakeholders in transforming the energy sector to reach its full potential as an engine of economic growth, in the natural gas and electricity subsectors.
Submission of CVs and cover letters may result in the hiring of two or more positions, depending on the quality and type of applicants received. The period of performance for these employment or consultancies will vary, but USAID EPA anticipates assignments to coincide with the project end date of September 18, 2024. The issuance of a consultant or employment agreement to individuals is subject to availability of funds, and approval by USAID.

Energy efficiency and clean energy Assistant
USAID EPA is looking for an individual that will be responsible for a wide variety of duties and activities that support EPA's activities within the energy sector. The Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy Assistant will be responsible for helping develop systematic energy efficiency and clean energy approaches in BiH through the further development of the Energy Efficiency Obligation (EEO) scheme and other financing mechanisms for the benefit of citizens. This position will also support the development of renewable energy support schemes as per Energy Community (EnC) requirements.
USAID EPA is assisting BiH stakeholders in transforming the energy sector to reach its full potential as an engine of economic growth. USAID EPA is helping BiH develop and establish a systematic and sustainable mechanism for financing end-user energy efficiency and renewable energy measures, which will in turn create jobs and attract investment.
