About the Role:

My Staffing Partner is seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team in our Sarajevo office. This is a full-time, in-office position (no remote work) with a fixed schedule that supports our US-based operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing freight solutions, communicating with shippers and carriers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily freight movements from booking to delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates and build lane opportunities
• Communicate effectively with all parties to resolve issues quickly
• Track shipments and ensure on-time performance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in our systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight brokerage or logistics
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written) is required
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
