We’re a lean, ambitious, and product-obsessed team looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, AI, and systems engineering.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer (AI Native), you’ll play a central role in architecting and developing end-to-end systems that integrate AI models, real-time data, and modern user interfaces. You’ll work closely with product and AI teams to turn prototypes into scalable, robust products.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and real-time APIs that power AI-driven features.
• Build responsive, high-performance frontend experiences using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, open-source, fine-tuned models) into products with thoughtful UX.
• Use latest AI dev tools - Cursor, Codex or similar - MUST
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and cost at scale.
• Contribute to product ideation, rapid prototyping, and user feedback cycles.

Tech Stack We Use

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, SQL, Keystone/Supabase, Redis
• AI: OpenAI APIs, HuggingFace, Google Gemini, Claude etc
• Infra: Docker, Vercel, Netlify, AWS, CI/CD

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience as a full stack or backend-heavy engineer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js)
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and API integrations with AI tools
• Experience shipping production apps in a startup or fast-paced product environment
• Passion for AI and building useful, user-first applications
• Excellent problem-solving, architectural thinking, and communication skills
