QSI International School of Sarajevo is currently filling one position for full-time IT SUPPORT

We are looking for an IT support officer to join our team.

Successful applicants will possess:

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and be part of a dynamic team
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies,enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of VWmare, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Windows Servers operating systems and Office 365 administration.
• Knowledge of English sufficient to work professionally in an educational institution.

Candidates with the following will be preferred:

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Fortigate Firewall systems, and Aruba Wi-Fi devices.
• Experience with Grandstream VOIP systems.
• Holders of certificates related to all of the above.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support to students and staff.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
• Analyzing staff needs, identifying vulnerabilities, and boosting efficiency and accuracy
• Executing systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensuring components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
• Implementing applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues.
• Train employees in using software and hardware and provide technical support when needed.
