individual customer care according to the respective needs. Our clientele consists of German,
internationally and globally active, medium-sized companies.

IT System Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator to join our culturally diverse and fast-paced
IT Support Team. As IT System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability,
security, and performance of our IT systems. You will work closely with our support team and be
part of our 24/5 shift operations, including early and late shifts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and system performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus, and access policies.
• Document system configurations and procedures.
• Support IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

What You Bring:

• Fluent in English (German is optional).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as IT System Administrator or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and virtualization.
• Experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts and manage critical incidents calmly.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Linux systems or IT security.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
