Logistics Tracker (m/f)

Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (near BBI Center)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

My STaffing Partner is seeking a Logistics Tracker to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in logistics and set yourself on a path toward becoming a Freight Broker. This is a entry level role, that will have a expedited career path towards freight broker. As well as a raise after 3 months. 

Starting Pay 1400BAM, After 3 Months 1500Bam. 

As a Logistics Tracker, you will be the connection point between carriers, customers, and our internal brokerage team. You’ll manage load updates through our TMS system, provide top-quality customer service, and ensure freight is tracked accurately across the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and update status in our Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Communicate with carriers in real-time to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Build relationships with carriers through professional and responsive communication
• Collaborate with freight brokers and account executives to support daily operations
• Proactively identify issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English (interviews will be conducted in English)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in-office in Sarajevo (close to BBI Center)
• Availability to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
