CT-Technologies Group is a Danish Company specialized in design, supply and installation of insulated buildings and refrigeration systems for Cold Stores and Food Processing Plants. Having more than 30 years and +500 projects of experience we possess a unique knowledge to cater for our client’s specific demands within e.g. Cold Stores, Distribution Centres, Food Processing Plants, Clean Room and Data Centres. Currently we are executing c. 30 projects in 10 countries, mainly throughout Southeast Asia and Africa. 

Our Project and Engineering office CT-TECH d.o.o. in Sarajevo is looking to employ a Marketing Officer. Your role will be to plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and drive business growth and revenue. This role ensures smooth communication with clients, maintains sales records, processes orders, and contributes to overall sales efficiency.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
• Preferable previous experience in marketing or brand management, digital marketing and social media management.
• Knowledge of market research and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to create and execute marketing strategies.
• Analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance and data.
• Excellent English language knowledge, both verbal and written.  
• Excellent cross-cultural communication (both oral and written).
• Good planning and organizational skills.  
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities include

• Developing marketing strategies to promote the CT-Technologies’ brand and attract customers.
• Developing and implementing an Annual Marketing Calendar.
• Developing and implementing a Market Communication Plan, managing customer outreach, communication with key groups and associations, and internal CT-Technologies’ stakeholders. 
• Coordinating participation in various marketing events (exhibitions, seminars, forums, etc.).
• Responsible for Marketing Materials such as company profile, standard power point presentations, project Reference List, Employee CVs, brochures, leaflets, exhibition material, etc. 
• Responsible for the content of CT-Technologies’ webpage and social media platforms, strengthening the Group’s online presence.
• Participate in the prepare and prioritization of the Marketing Budget.
• Supporting the Commercial Team on Leads, Database, Directory Search, and other relevant applications.
• When needed support the Commercial Team in preparing tender documents before submission. 
• Producing materials for Customer Satisfaction (project performance evaluations, feedback, surveys, questionnaires, etc.) 
• Conducting Market Research and Analysis to monitor market news and competitors, to identify potential opportunities, markets, and areas of growth for the Group.
• Participate and/or initiate Strategic Initiatives.
