Operations Manager (m/f)

Leatherneck Logistics is looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Manager with strong
problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth
running of daily operations and supporting a team of drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support drivers throughout daily operations and departures.
• Resolve operational and route issues and provide support where required.
• Communicate with drivers, depot management, and clients.
• Monitor driver performance and arrange training, including health & safety and
  onboarding.
• Organise and roster drivers for shifts.
• Maintain driver hours, payment records, uniforms, and equipment.
• Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed before deployment.
• Report and assist with incidents and traffic accidents.
• Attend meetings and support other operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
