Sales development representative (m/f)

Blackthorne d.o.o. Sarajevo is looking for a proactive and organized individual in the role of Marketing researcher/Sales development representative who will take on the responsibility of growing our customer base and helping the company’s long-term growth. The role is intended for students looking for an internship in their final year of aquiring a university degree, preferably in the feild.

If you have a knack for investigation and believe you can convert potential clients through quality outreach this position is for you.

This role will involve:

• Using Google, LinkedIn & Bolt Ons to identify leads and contacts within the IT Industry
• Enter captured data into lead database
• Professional level of written and oral English
• Initiating contact via LinkedIn messages, telephone calls, and emails
• Setting up sales appointments (achieving set realistic targets)
• Creating and optimizing follow-up sequences
• Writing relevant, personalized, and conversion-oriented messages
• Collaborating with the rest of the team to align strategy with client goals

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in B2B lead generation or marketing
• Are pursuing a university degree in Marketing, advertising or related fields
• Have knowledge of different ICPs and ability to quickly adapt your approach
