Sales Representative (m/f)

FSQUARED Digital Solutions d.o.o. Sarajevo, a N.S. company operating in the marketing industry, is looking to hire a sales representative team member for their Sarajevo-based office. The successful candidate must be fluent in English, responsible with a good working ethics and have previous working experience in a similar role in sales or customer support. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and behaviours:

• Minimum SSS
• Fluent English speaker
• Excellent business sense, open-minded and analytical mindset and ability to follow through with actions and to identify, develop, and implement solutions
• Handling outbound calls, emails, dealing with any enquiries they may have, striving for a first contact resolution
• Excellent customer care skills
• Willing to learn with a can-do attitude
• Building and maintaining business relationships between the company and clients
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong influencing, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
