We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to design and lead the implementation of technical solutions that meet business objectives across multiple domains.

Job Overview

This role involves owning the solution architecture for various products or systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical best practices. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and adhere to governance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and technical experts to design robust solutions that deliver value while meeting performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand and refine business and technical requirements.

• Work with Product Owners to prioritize needs and ensure alignment of the solution with business goals.

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions, including data, application, and infrastructure components, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards in all solution designs.

• Lead the technical direction, managing the delivery, quality, and timelines of solutions from design to production.

• Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment of dependencies and effective integration with other systems or platforms.

• Oversee the release of solutions to production, ensuring operational excellence and addressing any post-release issues.

• Define and review team capacity, forecast future requirements, and ensure adequate resource allocation to meet project timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution architecture, designing and delivering scalable end-to-end solutions across multiple domains (e.g., data, application, infrastructure).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Hands-on experience with various technologies, platforms, and frameworks, with the ability to adapt solutions to the specific needs of a project.

• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements across different industries and systems.

• Experience in managing full project lifecycles from solution design to implementation, release, and support.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex challenges and adapt to evolving business requirements.

• Experience working with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

• Broad technical expertise with a deep understanding of data platforms, pipelines, and associated technologies.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that deliver value.

• Proficient in designing data architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

• Leadership qualities to guide a team in the successful implementation of technical solutions.

• Strategic thinking to manage dependencies and forecast project capacity.

• Have an understanding of, or experience with, Agile methodologies.

• Excellent spoken and written English. 

Desired Competencies

• Deep technical expertise across various domains, with a strong grasp of software design, data architecture, infrastructure, and application integration.

• A strategic mindset is needed to foresee challenges, manage dependencies, and allocate resources efficiently.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and experience with cloud-native architecture and technologies.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, TypeScript, SQL.

• Experience with Databricks/Snowflake.
