Truck Dispatcher & ELD Specialist (Growth to Operations Manager) (m/f)

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Truck Dispatcher with strong ELD management experience to support and grow a dedicated fleet operation based in the United States.

This role is ideal for someone who not only understands dispatching and compliance, but is also looking for a long-term opportunity to grow into an operations leadership position. You will be part of launching and building our Banja Luka office from the ground up, supporting a growing fleet with additional trucks already scheduled for expansion.

The position will begin remotely for approximately 2 months and transition into an in-office role in central Banja Luka.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage a fleet of company drivers (starting with 3 trucks, expanding)
• Monitor and manage ELD systems (Samsara experience required)
• Ensure compliance with HOS regulations and resolve any violations
• Communicate with drivers daily regarding routes, updates, and issues
• Coordinate with U.S.-based operations and brokerage teams
• Track loads from pickup to delivery and ensure on-time performance
• Support operational growth as new trucks are added to the fleet
• Maintain organized records and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in truck dispatching (U.S. market)
• Strong experience with Samsara or similar ELD platforms
• Solid understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• English proficiency required
