Dispatcher (m/f)

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Dispatcher for a U.S.-based transportation company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with truck drivers in English
• Plan and coordinate loads and routes
• Enter and manage data in dispatch software
• Monitor trips and resolve any Pick up/Delivery issues

Requirements:

• Some experience in dispatching is preferred but not required
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Maps, email, etc.)
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure
• Willingness to work U.S. business hours (evening and night shifts)
