Junior Software Engineer (0–2 Years Experience | Growth-Focused) (m/f)

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and build real-world software systems.

This role is ideal for someone with strong programming fundamentals, curiosity about how systems work, and a proactive mindset toward adopting new technologies — especially AI-driven development approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of backend systems and APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Learn and apply best practices in software development
• Work with databases, APIs, and web technologies
• Collaborate with senior engineers on system design and implementation
• Debug issues and improve existing code
• Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)
• Good understanding of programming paradigms and how systems are built
• Basic experience with backend or full-stack development
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs)
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Interest in modern software development practices
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Strong Plus:

• Showcasable personal or academic projects (GitHub, portfolio, etc.)
• Participation in hackathons (especially winners or notable projects)
• Prior internship or work experience
• Experience with any backend language (Java, Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
• Understanding of version control (Git)

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory)
