Job Opportunity: Marketing Associate – Entry Level

• Location: Sarajevo (Office-based) Centar (close to BBI)

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone looking to kickstart their career in marketing.

You’ll work directly with several startup companies in the United States market, giving you exposure to diverse industries and real hands-on experience.

You will have the creative freedom to share ideas, help build marketing strategies, create graphic designs, and support engagement across multiple channels. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in, learn quickly, and make a big impact!

What You’ll Do

• Create eye-catching graphics and marketing materials from scratch.
• Contribute ideas and feedback for branding, campaigns, and social media strategies.
• Help manage social media accounts to grow audiences and engagement.
• Support email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or similar tools.
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to bring fresh ideas.
• Assist with general marketing admin tasks and content scheduling.

Requirements

• English language proficiency is required — you must be comfortable speaking and writing in English, as the entire interview process will be conducted in English.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and building posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Ability to create original graphic design content — must be comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Good written English skills for content ideas, captions, and email drafts.
• Basic experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar).
• Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm content and generate ideas.
• Great to have: Understanding of SEO basics, Canva, video editing tools, or experience in short-form video content.
