What you will be doing: 

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. 
• Develop and maintain a clear and well-defined product backlog, ensuring that user stories are detailed, estimated, and ready for development. 
• Actively participate in Scrum events, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and progress of the development team. 
• Make informed decisions on backlog priorities based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends, effectively balancing short-term goals with long-term vision. 
• Work closely with the development team to provide clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and any necessary clarifications to ensure successful implementation of features. 
• Regularly communicate product roadmap, release plans, and progress updates to stakeholders and the broader organization. 
• Act as the main point of contact for clarifications, feedback, and approvals during development iterations. 
• Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback and insights to drive iterative product improvements and optimize user satisfaction. 
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure an exceptional user experience and seamless product functionality. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role. 
• In-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework and its application in product development. 
• Proven track record of successfully delivering products and features in an Agile/Scrum environment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management software is preferred.
