Sales and Technical Assistant for car chargers - brand Moon Power (m/f)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Technical Assistant to join our team and support our sales and technical operations. 
 
Position Overview: 

The Sales and Technical Assistant will play a key role in supporting our sales team and customers with technical expertise and product related knowledge. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, managing sales inquiries, and offering after-sales support. If you have a passion for sustainable technology and enjoy interacting with customers, this could be the perfect role for you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings. 
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding car charger
  products and installations. 
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, offering
  solutions and support. 
• Manage and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, orders, and delivery schedules. 
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and installations are executed properly. 
• Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. 
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to
  showcase our products and services. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in sales, technical support, or customer service
  (experience in the EV charging or automotive industry is a plus). 
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain car charger systems and products. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
