Job Details:
- Workweek: 40 hours per week
- Availability: Operations run 7 days a week with flexible shifts
- Work Type: In-office position — no remote work available
Qualifications for All Positions:
- Previous experience in the relevant field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
- Proficiency in relevant software (dispatch software, Microsoft Office, billing systems, etc.)
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices (for safety roles)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of English is required
