Application manager (m/f)

The Application Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the organization’s software applications. This includes overseeing the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications. The Application Manager works closely with various departments to understand their needs, ensures applications meet business objectives, and drives continuous improvement.

• Application maintenance
• Testing new software solutions, versions and patches
• Application communication channels maintenance
• Improving existing solutions for sales processes
• Implementing internal digital solutions
• Communication with business departments and developers
• Data Analysis
• Requirement analysis
• Reporting
• Generating technical documentation
• Training of the users
• Support for application end users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, or a related field
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• SQL knowledge
• Project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with application security and data privacy
• English and/or German
