Forework is a New York-based payroll compliance SaaS company supporting businesses across the United States. We provide payroll, tax processing, and HR services using advanced software systems and structured compliance processes.  We are expanding our Mostar office and seeking driven professionals who want to build long-term careers in a performance-oriented, growth-focused environment.

Position Overview

The Growth & Revenue Activation Manager is responsible for converting inbound leads into paying clients and aggressively following up on all sales opportunities generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and demos.

This role combines:

  • Lead follow-up and conversion
  • Cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Webinar attendance and engagement follow-up
  • Demo participation and pipeline management
  • CRM tracking and sales analytics
  • Customer service data analysis to support positioning

This is a results-driven role with base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Follow-Up & Conversion

  • Attend all company webinars and follow up with attendees.
  • Call, text, and email prospective clients.
  • Maintain structured follow-up until leads are closed or clearly disqualified.
  • Track all communication in CRM.

Demo Participation & Closing Support

  • Attend demos with prospective clients.
  • Take notes and identify key decision-makers.
  • Follow up persistently and professionally after demos.
  • Track demo-to-close conversion rates.

Cold Outreach & Business Development

  • Conduct cold calls to target businesses.
  • Re-engage inactive leads.
  • Identify new outreach opportunities by industry segment.

Growth Intelligence & Performance Feedback

  • Use Zendesk and other systems to analyze customer service performance.
  • Identify white-glove support strengths to support marketing positioning.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on messaging opportunities.

Sales Metrics & Accountability

  • Track:
    • Lead response time
    • Conversion rates
    • Revenue generated
    • Follow-up consistency
  • Recommend improvements to increase close rates.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles.
  • Experience converting inbound leads into paying customers.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending follow-up texts.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients preferred.
  • Comfort working in a performance-based compensation model.
  • Preerrably, a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Sales training certifications are a plus.
