HR Specialist (m/f)

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Specialist who will play a key role in supporting both our HR operations and recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of HR processes and an interest in growing within a dynamic and people-oriented environment. 

Key responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers)
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Provide administrative support across various HR functions (contracts, benefits, attendance tracking)
• Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards using Excel
• Participate in internal HR initiatives such as engagement, performance, and learning projects
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of HR and recruitment needs

What we expect from you: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (data management, pivot tables, reports)
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced or international environment
• Knowledge of HR systems or ATS platforms
