Position Overview
The employee will be responsible for onboarding new clients (US-businesses) into the UKG software system and providing ongoing software support on all of the system modules. This role combines: (a) client facing customer services, usually conducted on Teams or Zoom, some telephone calls with clients and mostly email communications with clients to resolve issues, (b) software configuration and troubleshooting, (c) project coordination and deadline management, and (d) working in a fast-paced professional environment to support sophisticated business clients.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, professional and has experience working in an office environment, has technical skills and experience, highly organized and responsible, with excellent time management skills.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in use or management or support of software, working for international companies, preferrably those in the US.
- Excellent English proficiency
- Experience in client-facing professional settings
- Experience in SaaS platforms, or technical troubleshooting
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
- Recommendations evidencing a high degree of professinalism, reliability, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payroll technologies, HR software, workforce management platforms or SaaS implementations
- IT, technical support, or system configuration experience
- Some college education in IT, information systems, computer science, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with US payroll processes is a plus
