In 2024 we processed more than 200 million card transactions in Croatia, which means that every fourth non-cash transaction was processed through our infrastructure. We are recognized with our InStore payment’s solution - SinglePOS terminal - at over 15.000 payment points, primarily in leading retail chains. More than 2.000 companies use Monri's eCommerce solutions, like our payment gateways WebPay and WSPay. Monri's ECR solutions Remaris, Smart and Thor are present in more the 6.000 HoReCa companies. Overall, our brands reach more than 10.000 merchants.

Monri is looking for an Account Manager to drive sales process of company products.
Location: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Why is the job exiting? As an Account Manager you will:
- Lead sales process of payment and HoReCa solutions for assigned territory/accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for existing and new clients
- Create effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Coordinate all sales activities and manage resources within the sales cycle to ensure deal profitability
- Plan and execute the whole sales process (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, etc.)
- Plan and execute up-sell and cross-sell activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, based on knowledge of customer’s needs
- Proactive communication with customer on all levels (CFO, Retail Manager, Direct channels manager, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Card Issuing & Card Acquiring)
- Monitor potential prospects
- Create customer's events for improving sales activities
- Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline for assigned territories/accounts
- Provide necessary sales support during post-sales period
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B fintech or/and HoReCa sales (products/services sales, account management)
- Strong experience of developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline and achieving sales quotas
- Proven track of sales in fintech or/and HoReCa - desirable
- Knowledge of a territory (market segmentation, decision makers, customer needs, competition in the accounts)
- Knowledge of banking or independent POS/eCommerce solutions - desirable
- Knowledge of local Payment market with emphasis on POS and eCommerce - desirable
- Knowledge how MC/VISA, AMEX and other payment card schemes are working - desirable
- Experience of SaaS solution sales
- Fluency in English
