About the Job
Forework is a New York-based payroll compliance SaaS company serving businesses across the United States. Forework provides payroll, tax processing, and HR technology solutions using enterprise-level software systems. Forework was founded by Emina Sadovic-Poricanin, a Mostar-born attorney and owner of Poricanin Law, a New York-based labor and employment law firm representing businesses in complex regulatory matters. The firm advises employers on compliance, workforce management, and risk mitigation. Many clients of the law firm are also clients of Forework.
This Marketing Manager position supports both Forework and Poricanin Law. Marketing within our companies is a strategic growth function — not a support role. It plays a direct role in authority-building, lead generation, and long-term revenue growth.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand authority, driving engagement, and generating qualified inbound demand across both companies.
This role focuses on:
- Campaign strategy and execution on all channels available for marketing and brand awareness
- Social media management and thought leadership promotion
- Webinar promotion and follow-through
- CRM automation and email marketing
- Content development for all channels
- SEO maintenance
- Website updates
- Preparation of blogs and newsletters and publication of the same on the company websites
- Utilization and sensitivity of AI role in marketing and brand development
- Performance tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Brand Execution
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and newsletters.
- Develop structured marketing calendars aligned with company priorities.
- Create professional branded visuals, promotional materials, and short-form video content.
- Maintain messaging consistency and authority positioning across both brands.
- Align campaign themes with regulatory trends and business priorities.
Social Media & Thought Leadership
- Manage day-to-day social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Post and promote webinars, educational content, and firm announcements.
- Create holiday posts and culturally relevant engagement content.
- Develop engaging posts highlighting articles, regulatory updates, and thought leadership insights.
- Amplify speaking engagements, presentations, and media features.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize posting strategy.
Webinar Promotion & Authority Positioning
- Promote all webinars and educational events across social media and email channels.
- Build landing pages and automated reminder sequences.
- Coordinate webinar registration funnels and follow-up campaigns.
- Track registration, attendance, and post-event engagement metrics.
- Repurpose webinar recordings into social posts, email campaigns, and evergreen assets.
Speaking Engagements & RFP Coordination
- Assist in identifying speaking and presentation opportunities aligned with company growth goals.
- Coordinate submission calendars for RFPs and conference proposals.
- Support preparation of presentation materials and marketing assets.
- Track submission deadlines and maintain organized records of opportunities.
- Promote accepted speaking engagements across marketing channels.
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Build segmented lead nurture campaigns.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.
- Maintain database hygiene and lead organization.
- Improve follow-up and engagement workflows.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign metrics and performance KPIs.
- Provide structured monthly performance reports.
- Recommend data-driven improvements.
- Identify areas where marketing can better support revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, or growth marketing.
- Demonstrated experience executing measurable lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience managing social media accounts for professional or B2B brands.
- Experience organizing and promoting webinars.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Strong written English suitable for U.S. professional audiences.
- Experience marketing to U.S.-based businesses.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
