Training Manager – Broker Education (m/f)

Location: Sarajevo, Džemala Bijedića 134/C
Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 14:00–23:00

About the Position:

We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and independent Training Manager to lead the education and development of our brokers.

This role is strategic and operational: the ideal candidate will design, implement, and continuously improve training systems that enhance brokers’ knowledge, skills, and productivity. You will be responsible for onboarding new brokers, ongoing skill development, and creating structured, repeatable training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve broker training programs and systems
• Conduct onboarding training for new brokers and ongoing skill development for existing brokers
• Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and digital content
• Establish consistent training processes and documentation to ensure high-quality delivery
• Collaborate closely with managers, team leaders, and HR to identify training needs
• Monitor broker performance and provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring
• Analyze training effectiveness and propose improvements
• Support implementation of new tools, platforms, and learning systems

Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree (Finance, Business, Communications, or related fields)
• Proven experience in training, coaching, or professional development, preferably infinancial or brokerage environments
• Highly proactive, independent, and organized
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to build scalable training systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
• Fluent in English (min C1)
