Job description
Aqua Digital BH Sarajevo is looking for highly motivated person that is able to attract and interact with current and potential clients and targeted virtual communities and networks users.
The potential candidate should be familiar with and able to conduct following tasks:
- Daily communication with clients
- Offers, presentations and cost estimates creation
- New business support
- Social networks brand communication, administration, monitoring and reports
- Consumer behavior analysis
- Facebook/Instagram campaigns (PPC etc.)
- Social media contests, campaign support
- Analysis of influencers (ambassadors, haters etc.)
- Analysis of negative posts and PR recommendations
- Dashboard for social networks monitoring
- Content management
- Blogging, forums, commenting
- Copywriting, connection to creative message, CS, SEO
- Direct marketing, email campaigns, newsletters
- Web analytics (Google Analytics)
- Integration with other online channels
- Creation of communication mix
- Marketing communication strategy
- Target group definition, segmentation
- Brand strategy, positioning, targeting
- Brand analysis & analysis of campaign performance
- Identification & analysis of affinity spots
- Competition analysis & analysis of customers' perceptions of them
- Data mining, data profiling, data segmentation
- Key messages, claims
- Our requirements from potential candidate:
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
