Administrative Officer (m/f)
Job Description:
As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of assigned projects. Your key responsibilities will include the meticulous documentation of project meetings, effective coordination of team members, management of business correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders, organization of business support activities, and translation services for international team members. Additionally, you will be tasked with the preparation of reports in alignment with project objectives, ensuring the systematic, timely, and diligent completion of tasks in accordance with relevant laws, by-laws, and company policies. Ad-hoc assignments may be delegated by the superior manager.
Required Qualifications:
- VSC/VS – technical or social direction
- Proficient in the English language
- Competence in Microsoft Office programs
- Possession of a Category B driver's license
- Desirable: Prior experience in similar roles
