Job Description:
As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of assigned projects. Your key responsibilities will include meticulous documentation of project meetings, effective coordination of team members, management of business correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders, organization of business support activities, and providing translation services for international team members. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing reports in alignment with project objectives, ensuring the systematic, timely, and diligent completion of tasks in accordance with relevant laws, by-laws, and company policies. Ad-hoc assignments may also be delegated by your superior manager.
