Job purpose: Independently collects and processes data/inputs relevant to projects.
Key responsibilities:
Performs the following tasks independently:
- Communicating and corresponding with team members and
supervisor/project manager regarding delegated tasks
- Planning tasks by completing the weekly work plan,
- Reporting on activities based on the weekly report form,
- Researching, collecting, and processing data/inputs relevant to the project,
- Carrying out analysis,
- Drafting sections of documents,
- Formatting documents/deliverables,
- Handling project-related administrative tasks,
- Demonstrating professional behavior according to ENOVA values,
- Participating in meetings, conferences, and company team activities,
- Participating in personal/professional workshops to maintain professional knowledge and behavior.
Performs the following tasks under supervision:
- Communicating with the client/stakeholders,
- Actively participating in project/program-related meetings, events, trainings,
- Suggesting constructive solutions for project execution,
- Drafting chapters of documents,
- Preparing presentations and presenting project/program aspects to relevant parties.

Requirements:
- Min. BA degree in Economy, Financial management, Business management, Accounting or a similar field,
- C-level English – Advanced (C1) or Full professional proficiency (C2),
- 1 or 2 years of professional experience is a plus,
- A background in financial reporting, banking, or accounting is a plus.
Specific Job Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills are a must
- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal and writing skills,
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in the MS Office Suite,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Good organizational and time-management skills,
- Good problem-solving skills,
- Good research skills,
- Basic understanding of the project management process.
