Your day looks like this:

  • Data entry and processing of purchase invoices;
  • Posting of all payments made to suppliers into the accounting software;
  • Addressing any discrepancies with suppliers;
  • Reconciling petty cash records to supporting evidence;
  • Reviewing travel reports;
  • Preparing supporting calculations for VAT submissions;
  • Assisting with month-end closing procedures;
  • Archiving relevant documentation;
  • Helping with administrative tasks within the Finance Department;
  • Other duties assigned by the Head of the Finance Department.

Requirements:

  • High school education, Bachelor's degree is an advantage;
  • 1+ years experience in bookkeeping;
  • Proven track record of working independently and taking initiative to accomplish assigned tasks successfully;
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must;
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English is a must.

Note: This is a temporary position for 1 year to cover the colleague's maternity leave.
