CFO / Finance Manager (m/f)

Responsibility would be:

• Leading the Accountant, Administration and Finance and oversee work of the team
• Comment and act due financial accounts / discuss financial reports with General manager and CFO of the FR Group
• Lead in the budget process
• Implement new processes, give rules
• Lead the profit and loss
• Focus on wider financial management of the group
• Sparring partner for business issues with General manager
• Controlling accounting, tax  and finance processes
• Controlling external providers
• Controlling costs and saving
• Upgraded English level user

You will conscientiously and independently keep the main and subsidiary ledgers of Forster Rohner Ilidza doo and prepare and follow up on budget, costs and saving.  You prepare, analyse and comment on the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of your companies for management committees. As the main source of financial knowledge for your company, you will work pragmatically in the creation of budgets and business plans.

Since your companies might be migrated to a new ERP system in the future, you will work selectively in the ERP project and later on process optimization and see change as an opportunity. As a team player, you support payment transactions and are also interested in special tasks outside of your immediate area of ​​responsibility.

You have basic commercial training and have completed further training in finance and accounting or are currently taking a relevant course. You are a person who is able and willing to learn and wants to help shape the further development and optimization of our systems and processes.
