About the Client Delivery Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Delivery Manager to join our team at RUBICON. As a Client Delivery Manager, you will ensure our software solutions' successful implementation and delivery to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, and you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our software meets the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction with our software solutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including development, sales, and support, to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of our software solutions.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

• Manage and nurture client relationships through regular communication, status updates, and effective resolution of any issues or concerns

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Provide comprehensive project status reports to both internal and external stakeholders

• Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring the project is delivered within the agreed budget and deadlines

• Implement and adapt project management methodologies, particularly Agile, to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client delivery management, with a strong background in either Product Owner or Project Manager roles, specifically in software development.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective engagement with various stakeholders at different levels (C-level, technical leads, Product Owners, team members).

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making

• Deep understanding of technical and complex software products, with an ability to translate technical details into client-friendly language
